6 Weeks-35 Month Old Children
What to Bring
Please send the following items in your child's diaper bag:
1. Two or three disposable diapers (no cloth diapers please)
2. A complete change of clothes
3. Bottle of milk, formula, juice or water
Please label all personal items (including pacifiers and sippee cups) with your child's first and last name before arriving at your child's class. This helps us keep track of your child's items.
When You Arrive at Your Child's Room
A volunteer will meet you at the classroom door to receive your child and diaper bag. Please tell us any info helpful in caring for your child: feeding times, sleeping times, or special needs. Finally wave a quick good-bye and leave. As you know, it is normal for little ones to cry when a parent leaves. This does not last long and separation becomes easier over time. Our leaders will immediately create interest in an activity and give assurance that you will return. If your child cries for an extended period of time, we will alert you (pager or texting).
Nursing Mothers
Private areas for nursing mothers can be found in the ladies' restroom on the main floor.
Parking
We also have reserved parking for expectant mothers and families with babies. Just look for the Special Needs signs that direct to the blue spaces.
