Life Groups
On Sundays at Center Grove, K-3 kids GROW with kids their own age in Life Groups. K-3 Life Groups are designed to help kids build relationships with other kids and with Jesus! Kids learn through hands-on activities how God's Word applies to them in everything they do. Life Groups are offered at 8:30am and 11:00am.
WOW! Worship
During the 9:45am service, K-3 kids move across the hallway for WOW! Worship. WOW! Worship is a high-energy approach to children's church where kids worship God - as kids! Kids have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of interactive elements: drama, worship music, Bible story, prayer, games, and more! In WOW! Worship, kids learn 3 Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52:
- I need to make the wise choice.
- I can trust God no matter what.
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Every week, you will receive... daily devotions for your child and a Refrigerator Door Magnet for your family with the memory verse for the month, questions for you to ask, and simple activities that you can do with your child to start those important conversations.

CGKids
CGkids is a class for kids (K-5) combining Bible study, scripture memory, music, and motions to teach kids to SERVE others and SHARE Jesus! Kids have the opportunity to participate in SERVE and SHARE events all year! Through detailed Bible study, kids learn how to worship God, SERVE in their community, and SHARE Christ with others. Music gives kids an opportunity to have a means to SHARE Christ with others. CGkids SHARE musical presentations with both the church and the community. Come find out how kids can SERVE and SHARE CGkids-style!
CGkids meets every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm during the school year.
Jan. 11-May 23, 2012 (Due to Spring Break, CGkids will not meet April 4 & 11)
Aug. 22-Dec. 5, 2012 (Due to Thanksgiving, CGkids will not meet Nov 21 & 28)
New Believers for Kids
New Believers for Kids is a four-week class for kids K-5th Grade who have recently made a decision to receive Jesus as their Savior. New Believers for Kids helps children to understand the basics of what it means to live a Christian life with topics like becoming a Christian, participating in baptism, participating in the Lord's Supper, being a member of the church, and following God with actions like developing a quiet time.
Note for Parents: Space is limited and sign-up is required for this class. Sign up your child by calling the church office, registering at the bottom of this page, registering on one of the kiosks at the opportunities center, or emailing kidsministry@centergrovelife.org. Parents should plan for kids to attend ALL FOUR classes. Parents should also plan to attend the first and last classes WITH their children.
