PRESCHOOLER'S CLASSES ARE BASED ON THEIR BIRTHDAY:
Dragonflies – Child’s birthday is between 9/1/08 and 8/31/09.
Fireflies - Child’s birthday is between 9/1/07 and 8/31/08.
Grasshoppers - Child’s birthday is on or before 8/31/07, but not yet in Kindergarten.
Sunday Opportunities
Our Preschool ministry provides a strong biblical foundation for our youngest attendees. By activating children's minds and creativity, our goal is to teach God's Word in fun, easy to understand ways.
During the 8:30am and 11:00am hours on Sunday mornings, we teach children to learn through doing. We combine creative hands-on activities with clear Bible lessons.
At 9:45am Kidmo's Lil'K curriculum brings a multimedia learning experience to the preschoolers by incorporating Bible lessons, Scripture memorization, and group activities into the classroom.
Preschoolers also have their own worship time during the 9:45am service. Their worship time combines music, motions, drama, and puppets!
What to Bring
Please send the following items in your child's diaper bag:
1. Two or three disposable diapers (no cloth diapers please)
2. A complete change of clothes
Please label all personal items (including pacifiers and sippee cups) with your child's first and last name before arriving at your child's class. This helps us keep track of your child's items.
When You Arrive at Your Child's Room
Your child's teacher will meet you at the door to receive your child and any necessary items. Please let the teacher know whether or not your child is potty-trained and if your child has any allergies or special needs. If your child has a diaper bag, please attach one of the adhesive nametags that you received at check-in to the diaper bag and one on your child's back. Please wear or hold the pager at all times, as it will vibrate if you are needed. Your pager will also have the security number that matches your child's nametag. Once you have completed this process, simply wave a quick good-bye and leave for the worship service or your life group class. As you know, it is normal for little ones to cry when a parent leaves; this will not last long. Our teachers will immediately create interest in a toy or activity and give assurance that you will return. If your child cries for an extended period of time, we will page you.
When You Are Ready to Leave
Please present the pager when you return to your child's classroom. We will verify that your pager matches the number on your child's nametag and then we will release your child to you. A child will not be released to a parent without presentation of the pager and proper identification.
Snacks and Stuff
Snacks are provided for all of our Preschool classes during the 8:30am and 11:00am hours. Snack consists of water or juice and goldfish. Please let your child's teacher know if your child has any food allergies. We will also provide bathroom breaks during each service.

Praise Pals
Praise Pals is a class for kids ages 3-5 (and potty-trained) teaching preschoolers to SERVE others and SHARE Jesus! Each week, Praise Pals packs lots of interactive activities in one awesome hour for little ones: Bible Story, puppet tale, SERVE/SHARE craft, memory verse, worship music, and... the mysterious Golden Egg! Plus, preschoolers have the unique opportunity to participate in SERVE and SHARE events all year!
Praise Pals meets every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm during the school year.
Jan. 11-May 23, 2012 (Due to Spring Break, Praise Pals will not meet April 4 & 11)
Aug. 22-Dec. 5, 2012 (Due to Thanksgiving, Praise Pals will not meet Nov 21 & 28)
